Tembusu Grand Residences Land Price
The government land sales site in Jalan Tembusu has recently closed its tender on 18 January 2022, with the top bid placed by City Developments (CDL) for $768 million or $1,302 per plot ratio (psf ppr). The 99-year leasehold plot is zoned pure residential and will be built as a condominium development. It can potentially offer 640 new homes on a site that spans 1.95 hectare in land size.
The site has a maximum gross floor area of 54,789 square meters.
